What you will do
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and community partners.
- Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.
- Collaborate with regional operations and internal intake teams to ensure a seamless referral process.
- Execute territory plans and meet KPIs through in-person meetings and trade show attendance.
- Prepare and present quarterly strategic plans for high-impact accounts.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, STARK, and other healthcare regulatory laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business degree preferred).
- 5+ years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
- Must be based in the Minneapolis area to support 50% local travel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for documentation and account management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
- Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
- Experience calling on complex health systems.
