What you will do

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns via calling and emailing to engage potential clients.
• Schedule and manage follow-up meetings to maintain prospect engagement.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to effectively manage leads and streamline sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic approaches to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular updates to management on outbound strategies.

Requirements

• Must have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
• Proficiency in Salesforce is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Entry-level candidate with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning in sales.
