What you will do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via calling and emailing to engage potential clients.
- Schedule and manage follow-up meetings to maintain prospect engagement.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to effectively manage leads and streamline sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic approaches to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular updates to management on outbound strategies.
Requirements
- Must have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Entry-level candidate with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning in sales.
Nice to have
- Native Spanish proficiency.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
