What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads from business owners.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions based on client needs.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client interaction data within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Largo, FL.
• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport and articulating complex information.
• Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Receptiveness to coaching and a continuous improvement mindset.
