What you will do

  • Perform cold calling, networking, and research to identify and qualify B2B prospects.
  • Generate initial interest in hirify.global services among financial decision makers within target organizations.
  • Present hirify.global as a valuable proposition and viable business partner.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to ensure a smooth customer journey during lead transition.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate, timely data entry in the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the London office.
  • Natural interest in sales within the financial services and fintech space.
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and driven by career advancement.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with decision makers.
