Focus on architecting multi-year GTM strategies, mentoring a team of strategic hunters, and securing complex $1M+ transactions.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Salary: $220,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Scale Regional ARR by executing a multi-year GTM strategy for strategic new logo acquisition across global markets.
  • Lead and mentor an elite team of strategic hunters to secure complex, $1M+ transactions.
  • Forge direct C-suite alliances and leverage partner ecosystems including AWS, Azure, and GCP to maximize pipeline velocity.
  • Manage operational command through data-driven forecasting and pipeline management for the global executive team.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine the "Liquid Software" value proposition for sophisticated buyers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership with success in scaling high-growth SaaS or DevSecOps teams.
  • Proven track record of closing 7-figure "Mega-Deals" within Global 2000 organizations.
  • Mastery of strategic outbounding and establishing high-level executive connections.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills with a history of hiring and inspiring A-player sales talent.
  • Superior executive presence and communication skills for influencing high-level decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to engage with strategic customers and regional teams.
