What you will do
- Lead and develop a team responsible for strategic account growth and enterprise sales activities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CEOs, board members, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive retention, expansion, and net-new revenue growth across a substantial enterprise portfolio.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic customer relationships.
- Support the ongoing transformation of the UKI Enterprise business by shaping strategy and structure.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to deliver integrated customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Proven track record of delivering customer retention, expansion, and net-new business growth in a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading teams through periods of business transformation or significant organizational change.
- Strong understanding of AI and its impact on software businesses and customer expectations.
- Ability to build credibility quickly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience leading enterprise sales, strategic account management, or revenue teams.
Nice to have
- Experience within the staffing, recruitment, workforce technology, or HR technology sectors.
- Background as a visible industry leader through speaking engagements or advisory boards.
- Experience managing complex strategic accounts with multiple business units.
