What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for strategic account growth and enterprise sales activities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CEOs, board members, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and net-new revenue growth across a substantial enterprise portfolio.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic customer relationships.
  • Support the ongoing transformation of the UKI Enterprise business by shaping strategy and structure.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to deliver integrated customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer retention, expansion, and net-new business growth in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading teams through periods of business transformation or significant organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its impact on software businesses and customer expectations.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading enterprise sales, strategic account management, or revenue teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the staffing, recruitment, workforce technology, or HR technology sectors.
  • Background as a visible industry leader through speaking engagements or advisory boards.
  • Experience managing complex strategic accounts with multiple business units.
