Product Manager (Healthcare Data): Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of a scalable healthcare data onboarding platform with an accent on connectivity, extraction, and AI-first processing. Focus on designing extensible capabilities for diverse EHR technologies and optimizing data onboarding velocity at scale.

Location: Remote (US) / Hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Meeting hours optimized for Pacific Time (PT), with in-person attendance required at least once per year.

Salary: $210,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for a unified, scalable data onboarding platform.
• Drive the product roadmap for healthcare data connectivity and extraction across multiple real-world data sources.
• Partner with engineering leadership to build secure, high-performing, and extensible platform capabilities.
• Leverage AI-first approaches to modernize onboarding workflows and accelerate the processing of terabytes of data.
• Conduct customer discovery and build relationships with health systems to inform product direction.
• Define and monitor product KPIs related to adoption, onboarding velocity, and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data extraction, onboarding pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare interoperability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT) is available.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage executive stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, Epic, Cerner, or Meditech ecosystems.
• Experience applying AI/ML to workflow automation or operational optimization.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and HITRUST compliance and privacy requirements.
• Experience working directly with provider organizations or healthcare operations teams.
