What you will do

• Design and execute bespoke programs including topical dinners, paper discussions, and researcher working sessions.
• Recruit high-profile researchers and data leaders from top AI labs through 1:1 outreach and networking.
• Organize technical activations, such as hackathons and evals jams, to showcase the platform's data capabilities.
• Cultivate a network of champions and advocates to help shape future product directions.
• Manage and grow Snorkel's presence on technical channels including X, Discord, GitHub, and technical Substacks.
• Translate community debates and frustrations into actionable insights for product and research teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in community management, DevRel, or technical event programming for technical audiences.
• Proven track record of running hackathons or technical jams.
• Existing relationships within the San Francisco AI/research community.
• Technical fluency to read research papers and structure technical programming around them.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce to track program outcomes.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
