What you will do

• Own the field events calendar from strategy and budgeting to execution and post-event follow-through.
• Manage a mix of owned events like executive dinners and roundtables alongside major conference sponsorships.
• Partner with sales and SDR teams to drive targeted attendance from priority accounts.
• Oversee all logistics including venue sourcing, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination.
• Develop event messaging and materials in collaboration with product marketing and content teams.
• Track and report on event performance metrics such as pipeline sourced, influenced revenue, and cost per opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of field or event marketing experience within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of running events that directly generate and measure pipeline.
• Experience managing diverse event formats including roundtables, dinners, and large-scale sponsorships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to set goals and analyze ROI.
