What you will do

• Analyze, design, and implement business process solutions and system enhancements within the SAP/Vistex environment.
• Translate business requirements and functional designs into comprehensive test plans and perform detailed unit and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and visual aids.
• Train business counterparts on new processes and share best practices to ensure effective software utilization.
• Collaborate with senior IT resources and business stakeholders to manage project lifecycles and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, and BI reporting to support management oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and design with SAP or a comparable ERP package.
• Deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and Vistex (Pricing, Contracts, Rebates).
• Strong expertise in desktop applications including Visio and Excel for large-scale data analysis.
• English fluency is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with EDI integration, Salesforce, or middleware tools like Boomi.
• Knowledge of SAP BI, ABAP Query, or Report Writer.
