What you will do

• Serve as the functional expert for PeopleSoft Financials across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Support and optimize modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, and eProcurement.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement functional enhancements.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, testing, and comprehensive process documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of functional experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials or other enterprise ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Financial Reporting, or Accounting processes.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and system testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, including Query, Security, Approval Framework, nVision, and PUM Selective Adoption.
• Experience working within the airline industry.
• CPA, CCBA, or CBAP certification.
