Salary: $165,000 - $205,000

What you will do

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ERP forecast loading.
• Manage global finished goods inventory and distribution centers to prevent back orders.
• Direct ERP system configuration, including item master management and maintenance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external finished goods and 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure operational readiness for launches.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of inventory and logistics management in medical device or diagnostic production.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (MBA preferred).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and MS Office.
• Deep knowledge of FDA and ISO laws/regulations for medical devices.
