• Lead ABM strategy to acquire larger business accounts through custom messaging and sales enablement.
• Analyze and optimize speed-to-lead handoffs between marketing, SDRs, and AEs.
• Manage the creation of new web pages and microsites with a focus on high conversion.
• Develop and scale referral programs to deliver value to customers and the sales team.
• Execute go-to-market approaches for new product launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience at a fast-growing B2B startup.
• Proven track record of web optimization using data-driven testing strategies.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to execute tests at a high pace.
• Deep understanding of the marketing tech landscape.
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot) and Salesforce.
• Experience managing high volumes of paid landing pages and custom tracking codes.
