What you will do

• Architect AI-powered GTM infrastructure including workflows, agents, and data pipelines to scale operations.
• Own the growth funnel end-to-end, defining strategies to scale demand and accelerate the pipeline.
• Identify and execute offline growth opportunities targeting up-market and higher ACV prospects.
• Lead creative experimentation across channels and messages to build systematized growth engines.
• Deploy AI tools and internal systems to multiply the productivity of the entire GTM organization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Rev Ops to improve attribution, signal routing, and lead handoffs.

Requirements

• Senior growth leadership experience driving pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building AI systems, internal tools, or agents that change team operations.
• Deep fluency with the modern GTM stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and CDPs.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing and designing multi-channel demand generation tests.
• Strong analytical skills regarding funnel metrics and pipeline reporting.
• Must be based in one of the listed US states; this position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, light scripting, or API familiarity.
• Previous agency experience as a media planner or strategist.
