TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, Miami, New York, Seattle, or Washington DC (Hybrid)

Salary: $165,000 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Execute the marketing operations roadmap by translating business priorities into scalable systems.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Apollo.
  • Orchestrate data flow and integrations across the GTM stack to ensure data integrity.
  • Build and maintain lead management infrastructure including scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop funnel reporting and performance insights in partnership with RevOps.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record as a systems-oriented operator executing against defined roadmaps.
  • Experience managing offshore teams and external vendors or consultants.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues across systems and data flows.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Momentum.io or Common Room.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign orchestration.
  • Experience implementing AI or automation initiatives within GTM systems.
  • Background in fintech, identity, fraud, or other regulated industries.
