Vice President, Software Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise software delivery execution, platform modernization, and engineering operating model transformation across business units.
• Own delivery KPIs covering predictability, quality, operational stability, production health, and strategic roadmap execution.
• Drive platform consolidation into reusable services, APIs, and common engineering patterns across legacy and modern systems.
• Establish standards for CI/CD, code review, automated testing, security scanning, release readiness, rollback, observability, and incident learning.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives that improve developer productivity, test automation, defect reduction, documentation, incident analysis, and operational insight.
• Build and coach delivery leadership teams while coordinating with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, Database, Security, AI, PMO, Operations, QA, and Support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of software engineering leadership experience, including 7+ years leading multiple teams or business units.
• Experience with platform transformation, modernization, consolidation, governance, Agile/Lean delivery, and measurable flow and quality improvements.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled engineering practices, developer productivity tools, or intelligent automation in software delivery organizations.
• Background in enterprise software delivery, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and legacy modernization.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment is required.
