Vice President of Enterprise Technology (AI)

Location: 100% remote, must live and work from the United States; requires 10% travel and an in-person interview component.

Base salary: $250,000–$280,000 USD plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering and Corporate IT organizations, including technical leadership development and operational maturity.
• Define and execute enterprise technology strategy with the CTO and executive leadership.
• Own platform reliability, availability, observability, incident response, SLOs, SLIs, and operational KPIs.
• Lead enterprise IT services covering identity, endpoints, networking, collaboration platforms, and corporate systems.
• Support FedRAMP authorization, NIST 800-53 alignment, audits, continuous monitoring, and customer security assessments.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, vendors, executive reporting, customer escalations, and major production incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, SRE, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing multiple technical organizations.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, identity management, security, and enterprise IT.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps, and regulated compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP or NIST 800-53.
• Experience leading remote, geographically distributed technical teams and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, live and work from the US, and be capable of obtaining a government security clearance if required. H1B and other work visa holders do not qualify.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise technology organizations within a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps or enterprise software delivery platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or government customers.
• CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, or similar certification.
