What you will do

• Define and execute technology strategies, roadmaps, investment priorities, and product portfolios in partnership with the CIO and business executives.
• Lead software engineering teams across application and digital product design, development, testing, deployment, support, and lifecycle management.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, DevOps practices, quality controls, and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, funding decisions, portfolio performance, and customer value realization.
• Govern technology investments and delivery initiatives, including financial performance, resource utilization, benefits realization, and operational risk.
• Develop engineering, quality assurance, and delivery leaders while contributing to enterprise planning, governance, risk management, and technology decisions.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience leading IT teams and delivering technology solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Experience creating, aligning, and executing technology capabilities against company and business objectives.
• Expertise in software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, accountability, and ownership of results.
• Experience with portfolio and demand management and building cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to work in Wisconsin, United States.
