What you will do

  • Build and scale startup partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and VC platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end startup acquisition funnel from free plan to paid expansion.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, demo days, and founder gatherings.
  • Create authentic content and campaigns tailored to founders and early-stage engineers.
  • Evolve the startup credits program, trial experience, and onboarding processes.
  • Define and report on KPIs connecting program activity to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building programs from scratch within early-stage startup environments.
  • Experience working across growth, brand, community, and partnership channels.
  • Familiarity with the developer tools or B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to manage partner relationships and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to execute quickly and iterate based on performance data.

Nice to have

  • Background in non-traditional marketing fields such as operations, policy, legal, or engineering.
