What you will do

• Own the events calendar, deciding on conference attendance, booth presence, and managing a meetup series.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, vendors, assets, and speaker coordination.
• Nurture the community of data practitioners across Slack, LinkedIn, and the dbt ecosystem to turn users into advocates.
• Transform product launches, customer conversations, and industry trends into blog posts and social content.
• Support general marketing campaigns and social media activities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience running events or community programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and public speaking.
• High level of organization and a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to increase efficiency.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience within the B2B tech sector.
• Familiarity with Attio, Google Analytics, Figma, and Framer.
• Existing professional relationships within the data, analytics, or dbt communities.
