What you will do

• Manage end-to-end go-to-market launches, including new product releases and sales plays.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement resources and training plans are delivered on time.
• Define and track success metrics for programs, focusing on adoption, readiness, and business impact.
• Implement change management planning to ensure frontline leaders and reps understand and adopt new processes.
• Partner with the Enablement team to integrate the latest product knowledge into onboarding curricula.
• Refine a scalable program management operating model to support ongoing growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM operations, or program management.
• Deep experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with competing timelines.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder alignment and leadership presentations.
• Proven ability to apply change management principles to drive organizational behavior change.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to improve program efficiency and content development.
