TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Springfield, IL (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $66,500 - $92,000 annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate field operations programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Manage implementation planning, timelines, communications, and program tracking.
  • Maintain operational resources, FAQs, and program documentation.
  • Monitor program processes and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Track program metrics, reporting, and expenses while supporting vendor coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in field operations, program coordination, or sales operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Springfield, IL.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Experience supporting field or sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with survey tools, reporting platforms, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exposure to AI tools or emerging technologies.
