Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements.
• Lead the organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work.
• Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations.
• Scope and quote projects for customers and manage technical escalations.
• Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, manufacturing operations, or management consulting.
• Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans with owners and timelines for internal and external teams.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for delivering executive-level presentations.
• Must be based in Somerville, MA for a hybrid work arrangement (3+ days/week in office).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in life sciences manufacturing.
