Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with scientific and operational teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements including CLIA, CAP, and GLP standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and data quality records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; MS or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in biotech, CRO, or academia.
• Deep understanding of scientific workflows, including biospecimen management and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with laboratory information systems (LIMS).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage customer expectations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with R programming.
• Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and GLP regulatory frameworks.
