TL;DR

Strategy & Operations Manager (AI/LegalTech): Managing client case intake and coordinating workflows between clients and legal partners with an accent on operational efficiency and client onboarding. Focus on building scalable systems for IP enforcement and optimizing the handoff process within an AI-native platform.

Location: Remote (US). Must be a US citizen or hold a valid US work visa.

Salary: $50K - $125K

hirify.global builds AI-powered legal infrastructure to help rightsholders scale revenue through automated IP enforcement with human lawyers in the loop.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end case intake, ensuring proper scoping and documentation for legal handoffs.
  • Coordinate workflows between clients and legal partners to ensure alignment on status and deadlines.
  • Maintain the case management system as the source of truth for all active matters.
  • Onboard and train clients on the hirify.global platform through structured sessions and support.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients to build trust and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on client feedback patterns.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills and empathy for handling difficult client conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent cases and threads.
  • Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in an ambiguous startup environment.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally with engineers, legal teams, and C-suite executives.
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a valid US work visa.

Nice to have

  • Interest in law, legal operations, or copyright and settlement workflows.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or legal ops.
  • Familiarity with the music, media, or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, Linear, and AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
