Location: Hybrid (New York, San Francisco, Salt Lake City) with 2-3 days per week on-site. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.

Salary: $160,000 – $240,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Launch and scale new strategic partnerships aligned with company growth objectives.
• Create joint business plans, financial models, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Manage and expand relationships with key enterprise partners to foster long-term trust.
• Design and oversee partnership GTM efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure accountability.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Fintech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling high-value strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to influence at senior levels with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the U.S.
