What you will do

• Establish and lead the Market Development function, including its structure, team, and charter.
• Define and operationalize a repeatable model for early engagement with infrastructure programs in their lifecycle.
• Build direct relationships with program owners to advise on digital delivery and asset performance.
• Coordinate between Government Relations, Account Management, and Product teams to align resources and drive revenue.
• Define success metrics and manage performance against KPIs such as new logo capture and ARR impact.
• Act as a strategic coach for sales and solution leaders on complex program opportunities.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience, with 5–7+ years in a senior market development, strategic sales, or business development role.
• Background in infrastructure, AEC, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to stand up a function, team, or program from scratch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 50% travel required.

• MBA or advanced degree in strategy, public policy, or technology management.
• Existing relationships with infrastructure program owners, DOT agencies, or major capital program stakeholders.
