Location: Field role based in the Bay Area, CA with required travel (25%-40%) across SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth across multiple product lines in the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships and identify growth opportunities via regular visits to Home Depot and Lowe's retail locations.
  • Conduct product knowledge and training sessions for retail staff to improve brand advocacy.
  • Manage displays, signage, and pricing accuracy across all stores.
  • Collaborate with Pro Sales teams and distributor reps to support Pro-focused programs and events.
  • Partner with internal marketing and product teams to optimize sales messaging and product assortments.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of client-facing sales experience.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area, CA with the ability to perform daily local travel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize competing tasks.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field of study.
  • Prior field sales experience.
  • Background in the building materials or millwork industry (windows, doors, decking, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
