TL;DR

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Detroit area. Hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account penetration.
  • Conduct outside sales calls to golf course partners and prospects to deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through relationship building and strategic account management.
  • Analyze the local golf economy, including competitors and decision-makers, to maximize performance metrics.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase partner rounds and revenue.
  • Document all sales activities and generate revenue reports via CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Detroit area.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime or weekends as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and internet tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with online distribution platforms and technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • College degree.
  • Experience in digital sales, marketing, or sales strategy development.
