Salary: $78,000 - $100,000 plus commission

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth while expanding and maintaining existing customer accounts.
- Manage high-value regional or national accounts as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Negotiate pricing and margins using value-based selling strategies.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/mechanical field, chemistry, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and large accounts.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel based on territory needs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
