TL;DR

Salary: $78,000 - $100,000 plus commission

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth while expanding and maintaining existing customer accounts.
  • Manage high-value regional or national accounts as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Negotiate pricing and margins using value-based selling strategies.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members to contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/mechanical field, chemistry, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and large accounts.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel based on territory needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with adhesive products or industrial manufacturing markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and market trends.
