What you will do

• Build and manage the content engine across SEO, AEO, social (Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn), and email.
• Develop and execute a quarterly content roadmap and own the weekly editorial meeting.
• Ghost-write high-impact posts and op-eds for executives to establish distinct and recognizable points of view.
• Lead creative brand campaigns, including podcasts, videos, and physical books.
• Implement AI-driven production pipelines using agentic tools like Claude Cowork and Claude Code.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content for ranking, citations, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in B2B content, brand, or editorial roles.
• Proven track record of launching new channels from zero and shipping high volumes of quality content.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and search ecosystems.
• Expert-level proficiency with agentic AI tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Code or equivalent).
• Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries.
• Background in journalism or long-form editorial writing.
• Fluency in video and podcast production (scripting, directing, or editing).
• Ability to ship microsites using GitHub and Vercel for content campaigns.
