Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Salary: $140,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, AI-first content strategy aligned with business and departmental goals.
• Leverage leading AI tools to engineer and scale content strategy.
• Partner with Content and Growth Marketing teams to optimize content for AI-driven search.
• Act as a strategic consultant for PMM and Product teams to define market positioning.
• Drive cross-functional programs using strong project management to ensure high-velocity delivery.
• Maintain an uncompromising bar for quality to reflect executive vision and technical authority.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content generation and strategy, ideally within B2B tech or high-growth SaaS.
• Strong combination of high-level strategy, rigorous project/program management, and exceptional written communication.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to maintain market dominance.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI content tools for quality and volume.
• Ability to connect technical product features with broader market trends.
