What you will do

• Lead organic growth strategy to drive unpaid traffic, product page visits, and assisted revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute the SEO roadmap, covering technical SEO, keyword strategy, site architecture, and competitor gap analysis.
• Build a future-ready strategy for AI Overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure AI search discoverability.
• Drive social media and community growth strategy across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across online, social, email, and video channels.
• Establish editorial and SEO best practices, including content briefs, E-E-A-T standards, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering multichannel content creation and driving website traffic.
• Outstanding command of English and Cantonese.
• Proven experience developing content strategies that drive measurable traffic, leads, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and knowledge of AI search visibility (AIO, GEO, AEO).
• Experience growing social media channels with measurable follower and engagement impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience working with creators, KOLs, and financial influencers.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Growth teams to improve conversion journeys.
