Location: Must be based in the UK, with a requirement to work 4 days a week in the London office.
Salary: £67,000 Total OTE (base salary + commission).

What you will do
- Engage prospective SMB customers through discovery calls to understand their business goals and requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to successful account activation.
- Guide customers through business banking offerings, providing clear information to help them evaluate solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and deal tracking within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and risk teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Capture and share customer feedback to drive product improvements and feature development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
- Expertise in managing a full sales cycle, including structured outreach and follow-ups.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse business customers.
- Integrity and awareness of regulatory compliance and consumer duty standards.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a regulated banking environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with SMB verticals such as food & drink, professional services, or construction.
