TL;DR

Vertical Lead, Account Management (Sales): Managing senior relationships with high-growth customers to develop and implement long-term campaign strategies with an accent on revenue growth and strategic partnerships. Focus on building robust business cases, optimizing campaign performance in biddable auction environments, and mentoring account management teams.

Location: Chicago; Must work in the office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy)

Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 annually (depending on pay zone)

What you will do

  • Lead and co-lead senior-level customer relationships to develop and implement long-term campaign strategies.
  • Build robust business cases and perform opportunity sizing to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Execute initiatives with internal stakeholders to enhance go-to-market strategies and toolsets.
  • Drive product improvement initiatives by establishing feedback loops from clients to leadership.
  • Leverage complex performance data to deliver data-driven business insights and influence account strategy.
  • Mentor account management teams and lead talent strategy, including attracting and hiring new talent.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Chicago office (4+ days per week).
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics.
  • Expert understanding of media management and campaign optimization in biddable auction advertising environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or equivalent non-entry level role.
  • Passion for Snapchat and deep knowledge of its ad products.
