What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for pharmaceutical clients, providing counsel to navigate the healthcare landscape and drive brand growth.
• Lead the development of multichannel marketing strategies and annual brand planning processes.
• Manage the financial health of accounts, including revenue projections, profit margins, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to ensure effective agency-client partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, creative tactics with measurable impact.
• Define new work scopes and document them in Statements of Work (SOW).

Requirements

• 10+ years of agency account management experience.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience.
• Strong background in digital omni-channel marketing and leading digital initiatives.
• BA/BS degree.
• Proven success in developing valued relationships with senior-level clients.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint.
