What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for large-scale, multi-market activations from pitch through final delivery.
• Establish production schedules and supervise onsite execution, including vendors and production staff.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $250K to $2M+, overseeing estimates and financial reconciliation.
• Mentor and review the work of junior producers and coordinators to drive process consistency.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to define and articulate the production vision.
• Identify innovation opportunities in event design and maintain strong industry relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or brand activations.
• Location: Based in New York, NY.
• Significant experience working with spirits clients within the music festival circuit.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and complex production logistics (permitting, ROS, show calling).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and modern project management tools.
