What you will do

• Own the trafficking process for over 15,000 individual graphic assets.
• Monitor the ClickUp platform for production updates and graphic status.
• Coordinate the flow of work between studio, creative, and marketing teams.
• Route mechanicals and proofs for internal approvals using digital tools.
• Release approved files to production while ensuring final output accuracy.
• Communicate project status and escalate bottlenecks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in traffic or project management within creative or marketing environments.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or ProofHQ.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
