What you will do

• Greet and assist patients while maintaining an organized waiting area.
• Verify patient identification, insurance eligibility, and program participation.
• Collect and account for patient fees, including copays and deductibles.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and chart monitoring systems.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure clinic compliance and excellent service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience as a general office clerk with cash handling and accounting skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
