What you will do

• Lead Professional Services sellers in a player-coach capacity, taking ultimate accountability for team success and key metrics.
• Drive process improvements in the PS selling motion, including sales coaching, live-mentoring, and SOP development.
• Manage metrics balancing core SaaS revenue attainment with PS sales bookings, attach rates, and discounting.
• Build strategic relationships with sales leadership to accelerate conversion times and maintain engagement quality.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer to the PS Delivery leaders to implement necessary service improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Professional Services roles.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing selling roles.
• Proven experience with executive presentations and operating in high-pressure selling environments.
• Technical proficiency in cloud, data migration, and authentication infosec.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
