What you will do

• Manage the full contractor lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, including pre-access requirements.
• Coordinate immigration, travel, logistics, and the provision of tools and PPE.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors to drive retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal Payroll, Legal, Recruitment, and Account Management teams.
• Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and safety compliance standards.
• Assist with incident management, HR issue escalation, and quality control processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Administration, HR, or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with ATS or CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Houston.
