What you will do

• Support R&D validation and commissioning activities during installation and early operation at customer sites.
• Execute and monitor validation plans and test procedures for components, systems, and software.
• Identify and analyze technical deviations and failure patterns to support root cause analysis.
• Collect structured field data and operating observations for engineering evaluation.
• Coordinate and validate corrective actions, design changes, and software updates.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and validation status updates for internal and customer communication.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, energy engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in field validation, commissioning support, and troubleshooting for complex industrial systems.
• Strong technical understanding of engine systems, auxiliaries, and control systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on customer sites for extended periods.
• Very good English skills.
