TL;DR

Location: Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Remote within EST, with optional visits to the NYC office.

Salary: Base $80,000 - $100,000 USD + Variable $40,000 - $60,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of four US-based BDRs on handling inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop and refine the US outbound playbook, including sequencing, messaging, and target account lists.
  • Manage a personal outbound target aimed at executive commercial leaders in CPG, Retail, and Telecommunications.
  • Execute strategic multi-channel outreach and transition vetted leads to Account Executives using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at US industry gatherings and professional circles.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA (EST time zone).
  • Experience leading BDR teams in a player-coach capacity.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and qualifying enterprise opportunities.
  • Proficiency with the MEDDIC framework for lead qualification and transition.
  • Ability to hold a team accountable for quality standards and qualified meeting goals.
