What you will do

• Conduct informative on-site tours and guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process.
• Manage the prospect lifecycle from initial communication and follow-up to lease execution.
• Develop and execute resident retention strategies, including lease renewal negotiations.
• Perform all administrative tasks to ensure compliance for move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Collaborate with the on-site property team to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in downtown Pittsburgh, PA
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of hitting leasing or sales-related goals.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with Class-A residential buildings.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and FFH regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM or leasing-specific administrative tools.
