Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve key revenue and strategic technology objectives for manager and director-level contacts.
• Lead end-to-end retailer projects from planning and sell-in to execution and reporting.
• Act as a strategic consultant for partners, aligning hirify.global's technology and data capabilities with retailer business goals.
• Collaborate with the Partner Insights & Analytics team to deliver actionable data and ROI-based business cases.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional problems while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data to drive business insights and action.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
