What you will do

• Provide executive communications support to the MFC CIO and the Program Education team.
• Translate technical concepts, training initiatives, and change-management activities into clear, compelling internal messaging.
• Lead communications efforts for the Model Based Enterprise (MBE) and Digital Command Center.
• Support transformation and IT communications across various functions and programs.
• Partner with business communicators to drive organizational-design messaging.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills for complex information.
• Proven experience in strategic communications and managing multiple projects.
• Experience leading projects or project teams.
