Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage a multi-tier communications strategy for board, executive, and company-wide audiences.
• Lead communications for enterprise-scale rollouts of AI tools, ERP systems, and innovation programs.
• Design and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption across a distributed workforce.
• Build a centralized library of case studies and capability stories while managing external marketing consultants.
• Implement communication platforms, governance, and style guides to ensure scalable and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with platform communication leads to align technology messaging and brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate, internal, or change management communications within consulting or technology.
• Proven track record of building a communications function from the ground up with limited infrastructure.
• Experience executing strategies for large-scale technology or organizational change programs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have current US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Strong writing, editing, and narrative-shaping skills for diverse audience types.

Nice to have

• Sufficient familiarity with AI concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Viva Engage, Asana, or monday.com.
• Experience with change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
