What you will do

• Own corporate reputation strategy, including funding announcements, leadership hires, and rankings.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to support rapid hiring and culture building.
• Drive communications for strategic partnerships and enterprise-level distribution deals.
• Serve as a communications partner to the CRO and CPO, managing spokesperson platforms and media prep.
• Act as a crisis deputy to protect company reputation under pressure.
• Create multi-channel content strategies that extend beyond traditional media into social and creator channels.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in communications, with significant in-house time at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record managing corporate narratives through fundraising, expansion, and crisis.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and ability to write fast, human-centric copy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Legal, Finance, and People teams.
• Deep curiosity about AI, business, and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
