Salary: $205,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s corporate communications strategy, focusing on business momentum and growth.
• Partner with the C-suite and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy) to advance business goals.
• Shape narratives for media, artists, creators, policymakers, partners, and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, and entertainment media.
• Lead communications for product launches and create multi-channel content including blog posts and speeches.
• Manage sensitive high-profile issues and corporate crises.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and policy communications.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Proven experience in-house at tech or high-growth, culturally relevant companies.
• Strong existing relationships across technology, business, culture, and policy press.
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
• Significant experience advising senior executives and leadership teams.
