What you will do

• Translate maritime autonomy and AI breakthroughs into compelling narratives for customers, policymakers, and the public.
• Author briefs, speeches, and talking points for leadership in preparation for high-stakes meetings and public appearances.
• Manage inbound media requests and proactively shape the company's public presence with precision and speed.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure messaging is technically accurate.
• Exercise high-level judgment in sensitive defense and emerging technology topics to determine optimal tone and content.
• Produce high-quality written content to influence how technical ideas and hardware deployments are understood globally.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Track record of effectively explaining complex technical or scientific ideas.
• Ability to write with extreme clarity, speed, and technical accuracy.
• Genuine interest in defense technology, maritime security, and emerging AI.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and make sound decisions regarding public disclosure.
• Must be based in the United States.
